Accommodation – This year delegates will be staying at the Trafalgar Hilton and the Citdadines Trafalgar both located a short distance from the IOD on Trafalgar Square.

Networking Dinner Package

All Aboard!!!!!!! The 2016 networking dinner will be held on the Tattershall Castle. Permanently docked at embankment and a five minute stroll from the conference hotel, delegates are invited to attend the networking dinner including entertainment from live band Cold Harbor. The networking dinner will commence at 7pm and conclude at 2am. A great place to meet industry colleagues and enjoy the views from the Thames which include the London Eye, Big Ben and the houses of parliament. The HICFG networking dinner in 2016

Delegates are invited to the amazing Nash Room where pre dinner drinks will be served followed by a three course dinner providing you with the opportunity to get to know industry colleagues and vendors.

Entertainment for the evening is live music by rock band “Cold Harbour

Cancellation Policy
To cancel and obtain a full refund, minus a £100.00 administrative fee, you must provide WRITTEN NOTICE OF CANCELLATION to The HICFG  via email at enquiries@hicfg.com by Thursday  October 2nd of the event year. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations received after October 2, or for registrants who do not attend the conference.

Substitutions
To request a substitution, you must provide WRITTEN NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTION to HICFG via email at enquiries@hicfg.com by Oct 10th, of the event year. After Oct 10th, a £100.00 fee will be assessed on any substitutions. Onsite substitutions are permitted, for a £75.00 fee
